My training is in community outpatient mental health, where I worked with children, adults, older adults, and veterans in both group and individual therapy settings. Today, I work primarily with adults and young adults in individual therapy. I have particular expertise in supporting clients in managing emotions, family conflict, trauma, life transitions, gender and sexuality, as well as anxiety, depression, and identity-related concerns.

My Approach

At the core of my clinical work is a client-led, empathetic approach that values the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I believe in providing a corrective experience through the therapeutic process, helping clients not only heal but also discover their core values and act in accordance with them. My integrative therapeutic style incorporates DBT, ACT, and CBT, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and preferences.

Fee: $150 per session
